(1) How do I book for a Cleaning Service?

You can simply call us: 210.374.8722 or email us: info@urcleaningcompany.com any time.
If we don’t answer immediately, please leave a message. We will respond at the earliest opportunity and always within a 24 hour period.

(2) What if I am having an Emergency?

If we don’t answer immediately, please leave a message. All of our calls are routed to us via email and text.
We will respond to your emergency.

(3) What comes after I book my Cleaning Service?

In most cases we will set up a time to come meet with you in order to walk your property and address your cleaning needs and concerns. If we secure your business, a cleaning schedule will be drawn-up to cater to your availability.

(4) What if I want to cancel an Appointment?

We rather you not cancel, but if you need to simply call us and let us know.

(5) What if I want to cancel my Service Agreement?

All of our agreements are service friendly. If you decide you need or want to cancel, simply let us know and we will adhere to your request.

Note: Only exception to this rule is: We often offer service discounts for longer-term agreements; under these agreements we require a 30-day cancellation notice.

(6) What if I need to re-schedule a Cleaning-Time?

If we agree to a trusted Key-Service program, we can still do our job without your presence. However, if you need to re-schedule then we will work with you.

(7) Do I have to be present on the First Time Cleaning?

Absolutely not! It is choice to stay or take advantage of your new free time. Once you hire us to be UR Cleaning Company, your cleaning worries will Stop with us!

(8) Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment?

No. UR Cleaning Company will provide all cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.

Note: Only exception to this rule is: If you decide you want us to use your supplies we will. If you decide you want us to use your cleaning equipment, we will but only with a sign disclosure for release of liability in case of equipment failure.

(9) Who provides Disposable Products?

Most companies and homeowners choose to purchase their own disposable products; however, we will accommodate this service at your request.

(10) What if I have Pets?

If you are a homeowner seeking service, please know we are pet friendly as long as they don’t Bite!

(11) Do you have a Trusted-Key Service?

Yes! We like to establish good working relationships with all our clients. You HOME or BUSINESS will be safe with UR Cleaning Company!

(12) Can I trust your Employees?

UR Cleaning Company does a back-ground check on all employees and a comprehensive application interview. You can be secured we only employ individuals we have screened to be trust-worthy and safe.

Aside from providing you with a Great Service, nothing is more important to us than keeping your Home or Business safe!

(13) Is UR Cleaning Company Insured?

Yes! We are fully Insured and will provide you with proof of insurance.

(14) Is UR Cleaning Company Bonded?

Yes! We are fully Bonded and will provide you with proof of bond.

(15) If I believe something was stolen or damaged, what shall I do?

If you ever have any concerns, do not hesitate to call us! We will make it our top priority and will address the issue and/or concern immediately: 210.374.8722

(16) Is your Service Guaranteed?

Absolutely Yes! If you are ever not satisfied with any part of our service, we will want to know immediately. Whatever the issue is we will correct it Fast!

(17) What if I have a Security System?

We handle your security system as carefully as we do your trusted-keys.

(18) When do I pay you?

All Initial Cleanings are Paid on service date.

If you are a new customer, we collect on service date. If you are only needing a One-Time Cleaning Service, we collect on service date.

If you agree to a long-term service agreement, we invoice every 15th or 30th of the month depending on the project and service agreement both parties agreed to.

(19) What payment forms do you accept?

We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Master Card & Visa.

(20) How about Hoidays & Special Events?

If you need UR Cleaning Company during a Holiday we will be there for you!
All we ask is you give us a 48hr window prior to service date.


(21) What about Weekly & Bi-Weekly Cleaning?

No Need to Worry! We offer Weekly and Bi-Weekly Janitorial Services. We even do One-Time Cleanings, Make-Ready & Move-Out Cleanings and almost anything you can think of Cleaning!
